We do this through education, offering useful information about detoxification and providing many options, including massage therapy, spa services,  internal cleansing, nutrition choices, products and complimentary health strategies*.  We work with your level of desire and commitment.

OUR MISSION is to empower you to live a more peaceful, balanced and pain-free life.  We work with the whole person to create balance and improve over-all health and wellness by offering you a Wellness Plan and a support system that goes beyond the typical symptom management common in allopathic care.

WE ARE TEACHERS Our own education about the amazing human body over the last 15 years has given us the desire to educate our clients about this amazing machine we live in.  We didn’t come with an instruction manual! It is our desire to remind you how your body works and give you an expanded experience of wellness. When you know your own body well, you have the information and experience that you need to make informed decisions about your health.

Our Wellness Plan includes clinical and relaxation Massage Therapy Services to release muscle tension, amazing Spa services that boost the immune system and feed the body and soul, energy modalities such as Reiki to calm the nervous system and the spirit, detoxification programs to help set the foundation for wellness, other Wellness Programs, Products and Seminars & Workshops.
